In the past couple of weeks I’ve had the need to use SBS for two very different problems. On both occasions I found the plumbers to be not only professional and efficient, but also very considerate. I was surprised when Ben took his boots off at the door - first time a plumber has ever done this! Also, Ben fixed the plumbing issue without any fuss, whereas other plumbers have taken an inordinate amount of time to resolve the problem. Have been using SBS for a number of months now as an Owners Corporation Manager. I can issue a work order to one point of contact 24/7 and always receive a professional and timely response. I don't need to follow up with SBS as they are on the front foot and update me with every step of the work order progress. Additionally they are high quality and have competitive pricing. SBS are also happy to quote on jobs which is useful as committees usually require multiple quotes before making a decision. A+ from me!
