Systems & Procedures

We provide daily status updates and periodic reports in the format agreed with each customer. The following documents are maintained for every job:

  1. Job Service Reports
  2. Safe work method statements produced and available at the commencement of works
  3. Job safety analysis report
  4. Material safety data sheets in relation to any and all goods provided.
  5. Relevant pictures before and after the completion of the job.

Planned Maintenance

Planned, preventative building maintenance is a service we actively promote at SBS Australia as it will save you money in the longer term and is crucial for the safety of your residential or commercial property for many years.
