Engineering

What might seem to be a water leak or building ‘wear and tear’ can sometimes reveal a structural defect which, if left untreated can lead to continued deterioration weakening of the building foundations.

With over 20 years of experience in multi-residential and commercial property maintenance and projects in Melbourne, we provide specialist expertise in building structural work. We have a team of Building Engineers and Consultants who will check the structural integrity of your building, whether residential or commercial. We will compile a report on how to repair the structure in accordance with the Australian Building Code. 

Depending on your requirements, our engineering services can include:

• Structure stabilisation: fixing building cracks and repairs
• Help liaise with councils
• Any documentation from the council to obtain permits etc.
